By submitting, you agree to the following terms.

Non-Refundable Submission Fee

All submission fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal of the film, disqualification, technical issues on the submitter's end, non-selection, or missed deadlines. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Additional Terms • You confirm that you are the rights holder of the submitted film or have written permission from all rights holders.

• You grant The Frame IFF the right to screen your film at festival events, use excerpts (up to 30 seconds) for promotional purposes, and include the poster/still images on our website and social media.

• The judges' decisions are final. We do not disclose scoring, notes, or reasons for non-selection.

• If selected as one of the three $1,000 cash prize winners, funds will be disbursed within 14 days of the notification date via bank transfer or PayPal. Local tax obligations are the winner's responsibility.

• Your submission must be your original work. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in immediate disqualification with no refund.

• The Frame IFF reserves the right to reject any submission that violates these terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be inappropriate for the festival.
